13 people have been arrested in connection with the shooting attack at the Bling Bling bar in Cuautitlán Izcalli, where six people lost their lives and five others were injured. Among those arrested is Ismael 'N', 44 years old, who allegedly ordered the attack and was arrested at a home in Puebla.

Omar García Harfuch, head of the Secretariat of Security and Citizen Protection, confirmed the arrest of Ismael 'N' during a search in which firearms, packages of cocaine, and cell phones were seized. It is believed that Ismael 'N' and his criminal cell are involved in drug trafficking in the State of Mexico, Puebla, and Mexico City.

Some of the arrested individuals have been released in recent hours for health reasons. The defense of one of those arrested indicated that he is being blamed for drug-related crimes and bribery, not for the shooting in Cuautitlán Izcalli. Authorities also link them to extortion, fuel theft, and homicides.

It is being investigated whether Ismael 'N' was involved in the dispute over drug sales in the area and whether he communicated with the attackers of the Bling Bling bar at the time of the events. Ismael 'N' and a woman identified as Yolanda 'N' are in the custody of the Public Prosecutor's Office for questioning, along with the seized weapons, drugs, and phones.

Meanwhile, relatives of a victim of the shooting at the Bling Bling bar complained about the lack of proper medical attention that the injured young man is receiving, who needs an intravenous supply of medication that cannot be administered at the Special Affairs Prosecutor's Office of the State of Mexico in Toluca.
